The Bend Motorsport Park is one of the most significant developments in Australian motorsport history. A state of the art, world-class motorsport facility, The Bend delivers an exhilarating experience for competitors, enthusiasts and spectators alike.

Developed and primarily funded by the Peregrine Corporation, South Australia’s largest private company, construction started on The Bend in November 2016 with the main motor racing circuit completed in April 2018 in time for the first events. Additional precincts will continue to open in 2019.

The Bend is unique in having all motorsport disciplines ‘through the one gate’, including circuit racing for cars and motorcycles, Australia’s only purpose-built drift circuit; a CIK-FIA standard karting circuit; a rallycross circuit; an international Group 1 dragway (construction to begin 2019); driver training facilities; a 4WD adventure park and a rally/off-road facility.

The Bend is serviced by a central Welcome Centre, a 100 room hotel located in the pit building, a caravan and camping tourist park, an airstrip for light aircraft (construction to begin 2019), and helipads for fast commuting. The motorsport park caters for international events, national series racing, grass roots club events, driver safety training and drive experience programs.

The main racing circuit design has been inspired by some of the world’s most iconic circuits with a combination of technical corners and fast and flowing sections to ensure good racing. The circuit is Australia’s only track to comply with the latest FIA Grade 2 and FIM Category A standards.

There are up to 7 circuit configurations ranging from 3.4 to 7.77 kilometres in length, with the GT Circuit being the second longest permanent circuit in the world, after the Nurburgring (Nordschleife) in Germany.

The Bend Motorsport Park is conveniently located just one hour from Adelaide, an easy drive, straight down the South Eastern Freeway. The main entrance is at 543 Dukes Highway, next to the OTR on the eastern side of the highway.
